Sexyheals is here, to elevate your skills in heels dance and provide you with the right resources, in order to reach your goals and become the best possible version of you.
What's unique about us, is that our services are designed to help you transform through a self paced platform, where you have endless access to your beautiful pre recorded dance tutorials, guided meditations and self-help videos. The best part, is even after you have completed all the content in your library, you still have endless access to all the content you have invested in. You can revisit any content at any given moment, which allows you to retake any dance tutorial, replay any self-help video or guided meditation, as many times as needed. Every month, two new dance tutorials, self- help videos and guided meditations are uploaded to your virtual library, for you to access with your monthly membership. Each dance tutorial is crafted with love and passion, structured as an hour long dance class, but the perk is you get that 1:1 attention from the very own comfort of your home. The guided meditations can run between 15-20 minutes long and are offered as an audio recording, The self-help videos are created to deliver a 1:1 talk session, tailored to fit your individualistic goals to provide the depth and the tools needed to help you elevate to your next level.
Every new content uploaded to your library monthly, will change in the theme, topic and mood. For the dance tutorials, the first week of the month, will deliver a beginner heels level dance class and at the end of the month, you will receive an intermediate/advanced level heels dance class. The incentive is to hold you accountable in committing to your dance journey and really see the tangible results from all your hard work and discipline.
If you would like to book a self-help session in real time, we do offer 1:1 self-help through a 1 hour virtual call with your coach Amanda, which can be booked through the appointments section.
Sexyheals was founded in 2020, by Amanda Diedrick.
What sparked the idea of creating a thriving online empire, started as a new chapter abroad. Amanda lived and worked in Barcelona, Spain in 2019, following her dreams in pursuit of travelling. While she immersed herself in a new culture and adapted to different customs and values, she found what she really wanted in life and embarked on a journey towards self discovery and purpose. With the pressures of society and american culture, in advocating for a periodical agenda post undergraduate school. Travelling was in alignment in order to reflect and expand her professional perspectives to create a life that feels truly rewarding, fulfilling and authentic. While living in Barcelona, Amanda fully immersed herself in the dance and art scene, creating a tight nit community and long term connections with local dance teachers and studios. she always had an inner calling to become a full time dance teacher and a self-help coach. Barcelona was just the right chapter that held all the answers she was looking for, where she could silence the outside noise to tune into what she really wanted in life and bring that into the light. How she describes her relationship to teaching dance and personal development, is she feels in love with the work that she does and has never felt that way before she found sexyheals. She set out to accomplish her mission in stepping full force into her purpose to create the vision of sexyheals and bring it to life, after moving back to the U.S in 2020.
